Neil Hoosier & Associates (NHA), Inc. has been awarded the Strategic Partners Acquisition Readiness Contract (SPARC) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) as a member of both the SoftDev, Inc. team in Small Business Pool, and the Accenture, PLC team in the Unrestricted Pool.
SPARC is designed to provide strategic, technical, and program management advice, guidance and support services to CMS to facilitate the transformation of business processes and supporting systems and their operations. These systems will include the Federal Healthcare Exchange and Medicare/Medicaid information technology systems. NHA will be conducting a full range of mission support capabilities that are needed to operate, maintain, and modernize CMS’ systems with a priority on enterprise approaches.
