Neil Hoosier & Associates (NHA), Inc. has been awarded a 4-year contract, provided by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), to serve as the Evaluation and Oversight Contractor. NHA’s duties will consist of evaluating the accuracy, timeliness and quality of Qualified Independent Contractor (QIC) decisions, as well as each QIC’s overall performance of other contractual duties for Medicare fee-for-service (FFS), Part C, and Part D appeals processes.
