Kathy Doolittle is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at NHA. Overseeing all technical operations, Human Resources and Compliance, Ms. Doolittle also contributes to other areas of the company, including Finance and Business Development. She is results focused and has a proven track record of successful delivery to our customers.

An accomplished Senior Manager with over three decades of Government Health Care experience, Ms. Doolittle is a demonstrated leader with a solid track record of exemplary performance.  Ms. Doolittle has a  wide range of experience in project management, monitoring and oversight activities, workload and systems transitions, and new business development. Ms. Doolittle has had a diverse career managing large, complex processes and operations which has afforded her end-to-end Medicare business operations, systems, and workflow knowledge.  Before joining NHA, she served as the Project Director and Implementation Lead for the CMS Medicare Implementation Support Contract providing project management support and the oversight services to monitor the implementation activities of the Medicare Administrative Contractors (MACs) on behalf of CMS. Prior to her Implementation Support work with CMS, Ms. Doolittle was Assistant Vice President for Medicare Program Management Operations exercising direct authority over day-to-day activities for all aspects of the Claims Processing, Provider Enrollment, Customer Service, Provider Education, Appeals and Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) Operations.  Ms. Doolittle managed a large and diverse staff of 800 in 5 locations processing 80 million claims and over 5 million inquiries annually and was accountable for all operational functions, systems, subcontracts, and facilities.
