Ms. Crawford is a highly experienced Operations Executive with more than 35 years of professional expertise in project management, financial planning and analysis, contract and subcontract management, GSA schedule utilization and management, human resource management, largescale healthcare software development, implementation and maintenance. She provides strong leadership and organizational skills and is very proficient at leading and mentoring project management professionals. She effectively operates as liaison between customer, development, business, corporate and information technology communities.

As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Ms. Crawford has established Government Project Management Offices providing financial planning and oversight, CMMI Maturity Level 3 and Earned Value Management services.

Ms. Crawford received her Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Loyola University.
