NHA’s Instructional Designers and Training Technicians have developed Computer Based Trainings (CBTs) used by MACs and thousands of insurers across the country.

As the Medicare Secondary Payer Integration Contractor (MSPIC), NHA successfully implemented a streamlined system to manage deliverables and assess risks to the Coordination of Benefits & Recovery (COB&R) program.

NHA led the development of automated testing protocols that improved the efficiency of the COB&R system change release process.

Our work on the MSPIC contract supported the recovery of $9.811 billion in MSP savings in fiscal year (FY) 2024 – an increase of $277 million over FY 2023

As the Evaluation & Oversight (E&O) contractor, NHA developed auditing protocols to assess the accuracy of Qualified Independent Contractor (QIC) and Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) appeals decisions.
