As of April 8, 2016, NHA attained the state of Maryland Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) certification, as well as the state of Maryland U.S. Department of Transportation Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) certification. Both the MBE and DBE program provide numerous benefits, services and opportunities to businesses looking to participate in state and local federally funded projects and procurements. We now have access to industry, state, and local government resources; organizational training tools; business development and networking resources and financial assistance.
