As of April 10, 2015, NHA has officially been appraised at Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level 3 for Services. CMMI is a world-class performance improvement framework designed for competitive organizations that want to achieve high-performance operations. The Model has been developed by industry, government, and academia experts with the goal of building upon an organization’s business performance objectives, as well as improving upon operational efficiency thus lowering development, production and delivery costs.
