This unique opportunity will be instrumental in assisting both NHA and FEI Systems in effectively competing within the marketplace, thus gaining a stronger foothold in government contracting.

NHA has attainted the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) certification. This certification gives NHA eligibility to participate in the DBE program within various counties throughout the state of California. 

For over 20 years, the Department of Transportation has been assisting small businesses competitively participate in contracting opportunities created by way of financial assistance programs. The DBE program will provide a vehicle for ensuring NHA can compete fairly for both state and local federally funded projects and procurements.
