Business Analyst

Responsible for talking to the business users of computer systems to understand their needs and business process and then producing requirements documents which clearly state the business and user need. While the change is being documented and developed by the IT staff, be on hand to respond to issues and questions to support the business in implementing the required changes.

Commercial Insurance Associate

The Insurance Associate will be required to review insurance documents submitted to New York Office of General Services (OGS) as part of the competitive contracting process. The Specialist will work in tandem with Bureau of Risk and Insurance Management (BRIM) personnel to determine if the insurance documents provide proof that the State’s insurance requirements have been met as specified on contract solicitations.

Systems Administrator

The Systems Administrator is responsible for the network and server infrastructure and technical support of business applications across multiple clients with diverse requirements. Applicant must ensure high availability of all critical systems and network infrastructure by use of monitoring and support tools and best practices. The Systems Administrator will ensure a high level of security and performance controls.

Technical Writer

Develops, writes, edits, and maintains technical documentation, for both print and electronic publication.

Webmaster

The Webmaster is responsible for managing NHA’s existing company website, guiding the website’s architecture, ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the Content Management Systems (CMS). This position requires a combination of programming skills (PHP, HTML, CSS, JS, etc.).
